摘要
目的:研究医院气动物流系统的消毒方法,预防由其引起的医院交叉感染。方法:按照《医疗机构消毒技术规范》的要求,提出新的消毒方法并对消毒前和消毒后气动物流系统管道、传输瓶、瓶内填充物及管道排出气体等采样做细菌培养,比较菌落数差异。结果:控制前未进行清洁消毒处理的传输瓶及瓶内填充物等均检出金黄色葡萄球菌等致病菌,采用消毒措施后均未检出致病菌。结论:该消毒方法对医院气动物流系统的消毒效果良好,有利于减少医院感染发生。
Objective：To study the methods of disinfection for the hospitals pneumatic logistics system to prevent hospital cross-infection.Methods：In accordance with the requirements of the ＂standards disinfection technology＂,we put forward a new method of disinfection,samples for bacterial culture from the pneumatic logistics system piping,transmission bottle,bottle filling and pipe dispersal,and doing compare several colonies differences.Results：The transmission bottle and bottle filling etc that were detected by staphylococcus aureus pathogenic bacteria were not detected in pathogenic bacteria after using disinfection measures.Conclusion：The disinfection method on hospital pneumatic logistics system of disinfection has good efficacy,and it can help reduce the hospital infection.
