摘要
分析与研究了渐开线圆柱齿轮的加工方法,比较了不同加工工艺对齿轮精度的影响,同时对齿轮材料的选择也给出了三点注意事项。通过对锥形砂轮磨齿法和成形砂轮磨齿法的详细分析,确定了较好的磨齿加工方法,为提高齿轮加工水平及加工精度提供了技术方法支持。

Through the detailed analysis of the conical wheel gear grinding method and gear grinding method, the better method of gear grinding was determined, gear level of processing and machining precision is improved by the method.
