摘要
首先分析了定位误差的基本性质,然后讨论了定位误差的两种计算方法,最后结合实例应用全微分法和矢量合成法分别对工件的定位误差进行了分析计算。通过对比表明全微分法是解决工件定位误差计算的一种有效而实用的方法,且思路清晰,为工件定位误差的计算提供了一种新的解决途径。
Analyzes the basic properties of positioning error, then discussed the two kinds of calculation method of the positioning error, finally, the workpiece positioning error is counted in the examples using the total differential principle and vector combining law. the total differential principle is the solution of workpiece positioning error calculation of an effective and practical method, and the thought of this method is clear, the method provides a new way to solve for the calculation of the workpiece positioning error.
