摘要
研究应用HFSS仿真微波炉电场分布说明玻璃盘对微波炉匹配的影响。空载时玻璃盘是微波炉内的主要介质,对20L微波炉内有无玻璃盘进行了仿真对比,并对20L微波炉更换玻璃盘进行仿真和实验证明了玻璃盘对微波炉匹配的重要性。通过20L和25L微波炉仿真和实验对比提出通过仿真分析输出功率和效率的规律。对比微波炉结构更改前后得到输出功率及效率的判断方法:仿真时玻璃盘电磁场强度越大,则实际制造的微波炉效率也越高。
Studied the influence of glass plates on microwave ovens match by using HFSS to simulate microwave oven electric field distribution. Glass plates are the main medium in the microwave ovens when there is no load, in the paper, through the contrast between 20L microwave oven with and no glass plate, simulation and experiment after change the glass plate, it proved the importance of glass plate to microwave oven match. Through the contrast between simulation and experiment of 20L and 25L microwave ovens, it suggested a rule about output power and efficiency. Contrasted the microwave oven before and after structure transformation and got output power and efficiency judgment method: stronger glass plate's electric field when simulation, higher the actual manufacture microwave ovens' efficiency.
