摘要
通过对我国1997年、2002年、2007年的投入产出表分析,发现我国金融业的发展滞后对总产出起到了制约作用。房地产业的发展能够明显拉动金融业的产出,而金融业的发展对房地产业的需求拉动作用主要体现在直接拉动上。
By analyzing the I-O tables of China of the year 1997, 2002 and 2007, the results show that finance industry has been a restriction on the economy growth during the past ten years. The development of real estate industry could significantly increase the output of finance industry both directly and completely, while the development of finance industry could only directly enhance real estate industry＇s output and the complete effect is much weaker than the direct effect.
