摘要
在探讨产业地产的概念、特点和对经济发展的推动作用基础上,分析了产业地产当前发展中存在的问题,提出了产业地产发展的建议。
This paper discussed the idea and characteristics of industrial real estate, and its role in promoting economic development. It then ana lyzed the problems facing the development of industrial real estate and put forward some suggestions.
