摘要
随着教育部基金项目《汉藏双解法学词典》的批准立项,关于法学术语的汉、藏互译问题被提到了法学翻译的理论与实践当中,而环顾学界对于这一问题的研究却比较少。正是基于这一问题意识,本文从汉藏法学双语词典的编纂翻译实践入手,探索和研究了在翻译过程中出现的语言差异、文本选择和具体技术等基本理论问题,为学界了解、发现和研究这一问题提供一种进路。
While looking around the academic, we find that the research on Chinese-Tibetan translation of the law terms in the law translation theory and practice is not enough.
