摘要
回顾 2 0世纪的环保工作 ,天津采取大思路、大举措、大成效的基本方针 ,走出了一条城市环境综合整治的成功之路。面对环保工作形势大好、环境质量依然脆弱的态势 ,展望 2 1世纪的宏伟目标 ,应当采取“整体推进、阶段性重点突破”的方针 ,横下一条心 ,迎着困难上 ,创新开拓 ,团结拼搏 ,抓住重点 ,高起步 ,努力做到“年年都有新变化 ,五年发生大变化” ,再创天津环境保护辉煌。
In the 20th century,under the working methord called great thought,great act,great effecting.Tianjin has succeeded in comprehensive dredging of urban environment.Now the situation of environment protection seems good but the environment quality is not very satisfactory.According to the great aim of environment protection in the 21th century,we should take the working guideline of “whole promotion grasping the emphasis”,innovate and make progress under the good situation to promote the environment quality better every year and make great change in the following five years.Great achievement will be attained in environment protection in Tianjin.
