分别介绍三网融合和数字电视图书馆及其各自的优势,提出三网融合下的数字电视图书馆建设的有利条件,探讨数字电视网络开展图书馆服务存在的问题并简要分析,分析三网融合背景下数字电视图书馆的发展前景。
