摘要
针对如何测评数字图书馆读者满意度问题,建立了一套包括信息检索质量、服务功能、信息资源和页面设计4个方面内容的测评指标体系。利用精确数、区间数和模糊数来量化混合属性的重要程度,用加权集值统计法对混合多属性群决策的数字图书馆读者满意度进行实证测评。最后,通过一个算例说明该方法的应用和有效性。
How to evaluate digital library readers＇ satisfaction questionis is discussed. An evaluation index system whch in- volving information retrieval quality, service functions, information resources, and page design content is proposed. By using the precision number, interval number and fuzzy number to quantify the degree of importance of the mixed attribute, by the weighted set-valued statistics to evaluate digital library readers＇ satisfaction of hybrid mul- ti-attribute group decision making. Finally, an example is given to show the application and effectiveness of the pro- posed way for evaluation.
