摘要
为了提高机车齿轮罩的疲劳强度,基于有限元模态分析方法对齿轮罩进行了结构动态特性分析。分析中根据齿轮罩振动模态和应力状态分布情况,确定了原结构强度的薄弱环节,并进行合理的改进。改进后的结构大幅度提高其响应的固有振动频率,以避免服役过程中壳体产生共振。同时,改进后齿轮罩的疲劳强度得到大幅提高,满足了使用要求。对分析结果进行了试验验证,所得数据与试验结果较为一致。
In order to increase fatigue strength of locomotive gearbox, dynamical characteristics of gearbox structure was analyzed based on finite-element modal analysis method. Previous structure weak area was found according to the modals and stress distribution of the structure in the analysis and the structure was improved. The improved gearbox had higher corresponding natural frequencies and higher structure strength and avoided shell resonance, which met safety service requirements. The numerical results are verified by experiment with good agreement.
