摘要
为保证动车组维修维护人员的人身安全,避免发生触电事故,提出CRH3C高速动车组设计中的钥匙锁闭概念,并阐述了其原理和过程,推广"自身安全,自我掌控,自己负责"的安全理念。
For guaranteeing safety of maintenance men and avoiding electric shock, key locking concept of the CRH3C high-speed EMUs was proposed and expounded on principle and process; at the meantime, safety idea what was called self safety, held and on duty by self was promoted.
