摘要
介绍了一种新型压接式绝缘栅双极型晶体管(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor,简称IGBT)模块的内部结构设计,分析其相对于传统IGBT模块的优势,并通过静态和动态测试分析了其电气性能特点,展示了其良好的特性以及广阔的应用范围。
Design of a novel pressure-contact IGBT module was stated. The advantages with respect to conventional IGBT modules were compared as well. The characteristics determined by static and dynamic tests demonstrated good performance and wide suitability for popular applications.
