摘要
为研究转速和气压对压力机振动的影响,设计了以压电陶瓷为传感元件和LabVIEW为开发平台的高速压力机振动测试系统。介绍了系统测量方案、系统硬件组成和软件功能。使用基于Matlab脚本的分析模块分析机床振动信号,实现振动信号的数据预处理、频谱分析、振幅计算和模态参数识别。调试结果表明,该测试系统具有操作方便和和效率高等特点,满足了振动信号分析的要求。
he piezoelectric ceramic sensing element and LabVIEW development platform vibration test system of high - speed presses was designed for the study of speed and pressure on the press effect of vibration. The system,the hardware components and software function was introduced. The machine vibration signal was analyzed by Matlab script script - based analysis module realizing vibration signal data preprocessing, spectral analysis, amplitude calculation and modal parameter identification,and debugging results shows that the test system has the characteristics of convenient operation and high efficiency. It can meet the requirements of vibration signals analysis.
