摘要
介绍了锁环式同步器的结构及工作原理,对同步器位于中间轴上变速器形式的同步器工作过程进行分段研究。重点分析了同步器的同步性能和锁止性能,并建立了基于AMESim仿真软件的同步器工作过程模型。研究结果表明,选取较小且合适的摩擦锥面角α和锁止角β可以获得更好的同步性能和锁止性能;对锁环式同步器工作过程的分段研究符合同步器工作过程的实际情况,为换挡过程的进一步研究奠定了基础。
The structure and working principle of the lock ring synchronizer are introduced. In the form of the intermediate shaft transmission, the working process of the synchronizer is divided into several stages. Synchronization and locking performance of the synchronizer are analyzed deeply. The simulation model is established based on AMESim. The results show that the better synchronization and locking performance will be obtained by the smaller and suitable friction cone angle a and locking angle. The segmentation study for the process of the lock ring synchronizer is suitable for the synchronizer. It lay the foundation for further study of the shifting process.
