摘要
以30#石蜡为芯材,三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂和异氰酸酯为壁材,采用原位聚合法制备了石蜡相变微胶囊,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究微胶囊的表面形貌和储热性能.采用涂层工艺制备涤纶调温织物,并对其进行性能测试.研究结果表明,微胶囊表面光滑,相变焓为97.68 J/g.整理织物的热焓约为8.49 J/g,升温或降温速率明显减缓,具有智能调温功能,但透气率下降了26%.调温织物具有一定的耐洗性,撕裂强度和断裂强度有所提高.
Paraffin phase change microencapsules were prepared using 30# paraffin as core material and melamine-formaldehyde and isocyanate as the wall materials through the in-situ polymerization method. The surface morphology and heat storage capacity were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Thermo-regulating polyester fabric was prepared by coating technolo- gy and the properties were tested. It was found that the surface of microencapsules were smooth with 97.68 J/g of phase change enthalpy. The thermal enthalpy of the finished polyester fabric was about 8.49 J/g. The temperature changing rate of the treated fabric distinctly slowed down, which demonstrated excellent thermo- regulation function. However, the air permeability of finished fabric reduced by 26%. The treated fabric had certain wash-ability, the tearing strength and breaking strength increased.
