摘要
由于目前在动物科学专业创新创业型人才培养方面仍存在诸多问题和困境,使得地方高校开展创新创业教育的现状不容乐观。现介绍阜阳师范学院在探索动物科学专业创新创业型人才培养过程中获得的6点比较有效的实践路径:"3+1"分段式教学结合"四阶段"培养;"导师+项目+团队"的实践形式;推行"双导师制";转变动物科学专业实习基地为创新创业型人才培养基地;建立专业的创新创业工作室;以项目作为平台孵化创新创业型人才。以期为同类地方高校创新创业型人才培养提供借鉴。
Due to many problems still existing in innovative entrepreneurial personnel training for animal science specialty at present,the situation of local universities conducting entrepreneurial education wasn＇t optinfism. Now 6 more effective approaches obtained during the process of exploring innovative entrepreneurial personnel training for animal science specialty were introduced. They were ＇3 ＋ 1＇ sectional teaching combining with ＇four stage＇ culture, the practical form of ＇ Tutor＋ Project ＋ Tea＇, putting double tutors＇ into practice, turning prac rice base to innovative entrepreneurial personnel training base, establishing professional innovative entrepreneurial workroom, cultivating innovative personnel with projects as platform. The solution could provide reference of personel training for other local universities.
