根据“城市空气质量管理:欧盟和中国的实践与经验”国际研讨会专家的发言,整理出有关中国城市空气质量管理的10条建议:城市空气质量管理工作要加强其有效性的评估;环保立法和标准工作要体现先进性,发挥引导作用;城市空气质量管理要有科学研究的支持,增强科学性;城市空气质量管理要有区域性的观点;城市空气质量管理要有前瞻性;城市空气质量管理要贯彻可持续发展战略;环保部门负责做好空气质量管理,积极参与空气污染治理;深化空气质量周报和日报工作;大力引导工业界为环保做贡献;综合治理汽车尾气污染。
Based on speeches of experts attending the intemational workshop, 'Urban air quality Management: Practice and experience in European Union and China', the article summarized 10 suggestions on Urban air quality management. it includes strengthened evaluation of the effectiveness of urban air quality management; legislation and standards taking the lead; an informed urban air quality management underpinned by science; looking at local problem with a regional view; foresight needed; lmplementing sustainable development strategy; distinguishing air quality management from air pollution control; from the air quality weekly report to daily report and going beyond; encouraging industrial sectors to protect the environment; coping with vehicle exhaust.
