摘要
针对一种通过滚花过盈配合实现电动机刚性连接的方法进行了数值模拟分析与试验验证研究。首先建立了滚花过盈配合的三维装配模型,通过有限元方法建立了数值仿真模型,对试验部件的压入过程进行了重点分析,并利用压力试验机进行了验证试验,通过对压装试验和仿真分析的结果对比,验证了仿真模型的有效性;然后利用仿真模型,进一步分析了滚花过盈量和导向轴段过盈量对压装力以及可以传递的最大转矩的影响。所使用的方法为分析研究滚花过盈配合提供了一个有效的手段。
A method of knurl press fit for motor shaft rigidity connection is researched through numerical simulation and test research.The 3 dimensional assemble model of shaft with knurl press fit is built and the numerical simulation model is built through the finite element method.The press in process is researched deeply and the verification test is carried out.By comparing the simulated analysis result and test result,the effectiveness of simulation model is verified,then the relationship between interference value of press fit and max transferred torque moment is researched.An effective way to research knurl press fit is provided by this method.
