摘要
针对齿轮箱故障诊断缺乏有效的快速算法的问题,提出了基于近似熵(Approximate Entropy,ApEn)参数的齿轮箱故障诊断方法。首先介绍了近似熵的概念和计算方法,然后利用近似熵对轻度磨损、中度磨损和断齿故障状态下的齿轮箱进行故障诊断。结果表明,近似熵参数不但能有效地对齿轮箱的故障状态进行区分,而且可以清楚地刻画齿轮箱故障状态的演变过程,因而适于作为齿轮箱故障诊断的特征参数。为齿轮箱的状态监测与故障诊断提供了一种新的方法。
Aimed at remedying the shortage of an effective and fast algorithm for fault diagnosis of gearboxes,a method based on approximate entropy(ApEn) is addressed.To begin with,the ApEn is introduced.Subsequently,the gearbox,on which the slight-worn,medium-worn and broken-tooth faults is simulated.Furthermore,the results show that the ApEn can successfully identify the faults of gearboxes and accurately describe the defective condition changes of gearboxes.So,ApEn is suitable for as characteristic parameter of gearbox fault diagnosis a novel and feasible method for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of gearboxes is provided.
