摘要
应用电磁学理论,求解磁场调制式磁力齿轮模型的拉普拉斯和泊松方程组,建立其解析解模型。基于磁场调制式磁力齿轮的解析解模型,研究了最大输出转矩随着内外转子磁铁厚度、调磁环的厚度和开槽率、内外层气隙厚度等几种结构参数的变化规律,进行磁力齿轮的初步优化。
The Laplace's and Poisson's equations of the field modulated magnetic gear by applying the principles of electromagnetic are solved,then its analytical calculation model is established.Changes of the maximum output torque along with the magnet thick of inner and outer rotor,the thick and slotted rate of the pole pieces,the inner and outer air gap thick are discussed,and the design of it preliminary is optimized.
