Activity and Thermostability of Different Phases-Supported Catalytic Oxidation Catalysts

摘要 采用流动法催化反应装置测定了蜂窝陶瓷负载催化剂同时催化氧化丙烷 ( C3H8)、丙烯 ( c3H6)和 CO的活性 ,考察活性组分 Pd和非贵金属氧化物、L a改性、反应空速对起燃温度、热稳定性和动力学转化特征的影响 .结果显示 ,含 Pd催化剂上 C3H6和 CO的起燃温度比 C3H8低 ,1 1 50℃高温老化对 C3H8氧化性能的影响比对 C3H6和 CO的小 .含稀土非贵金属氧化物的活性、热稳定性及动力学转化性能都比单 Pd催化剂低 ,添加 La能提高 2类催化剂的初活性和高温热稳定性 . The activity and high temperature thermostability of catalysts supported on ceramic monolith for simultaneously catalytic oxidation of C 3H 8,C 3H 6 and CO using continuous flowing reaction were investigated.The influences of active phases composed of Pd and mixed non noble metal oxides,La modification and space velocity on the light off temperature,thermostability and the dynamic conversion capability of catalysts were compared.The experimental results showed that the light off temperature of C 3H 6 and CO over Pd catalyst is lower than that of C 3H 8,and the effect of high temperature calcination of catalyst at 1150℃ on the oxidation activity of C 3H 8 is less than that of C 3H 6 and CO.The activity,thermostability and dynamic conversion activity of catalyst containing non noble metal oxides are lower than those of Pd only catalyst.La modification can promote the initial activity and high temperature thermostability of both Pd and non noble metal oxides catalysts.
