摘要
加拿大是世界五大废物产出国之一 ,与最大的废物产出国美国相比 ,加拿大的废物量(每人每年废物产量360kg)约为美国的30% ,表明加拿大的废物管理是比较好的。本文着重介绍了加拿大在实行3R原则方面的进展情况 ,废物处置的情况和存在的问题及挑战。加拿大的经验是很值得我们参照的。
Canada is one of five developed countries with highest waste produce. However it′s waste output 360 kg/capital/year is only about 30%of the output of America,showing that Canada has better waste management.Current waste management practices in Canada enphasize 3R strategies-Reduce,Reuse, and Recycle.This paper introduces Canadian practices of current waste management based on strategies,and also the state of waste disposal.Some problems or challenges are pointed out.The Canadian practice is very meaningful for China.
