摘要
本文简要介绍了美国湿地的历史和现状 ,分析了宪法条款对湿地法律体系的影响 ,分别从联邦和州的角度论述了美国湿地保护的主要法规和演进过程 ,并指出了存在的缺陷和不足。
This article briefly introduced the history and present situation ofAmerican wetlands and their legal system of reservation.The influence of Constitution clause is analyzed also.Particularly,the major laws and evolution of U.S wetland protection are discussed from federal and state perspects.But still,somedefects should be improved increasingly.
