淮北矿区煤层瓦斯含量直接测定法中有效取样时间研究 被引量:19

Research on effective sampling time in direct measurement of gas content in Huaibei coal seams

摘要 为了解取样时间对瓦斯含量直接测定法中损失量推算准确性的影响,论文采用物理模拟直接法,以实验室测定的祁南3煤层和7煤层解吸性能为依据,采用Barrer公式进行损失量的推算。结果表明:推算损失量与实际损失量的误差和读数时间间隔的对数成正比,随解吸初期线性测点个数的减少而减小,瓦斯解吸初期线性测点个数建议选为4-10个。将实际损失量、推算损失量的差值与直接法测定结果的比值控制在10%以内时,有效取样时间与瓦斯压力呈线性关系,且随着压力的增大,取样时间应减小。 In this paper, based on the desorption performance of No.3 and No.7 outburst coal seams in Qinan Coal Mine, the physical simulation direct method was used to study the influence of sampling timeonthe calculation accuracy of lost gas in direct measurement method of gas content, and the lost gas content was calculated by adopting Barrer formula based on tile desorption data. The results show that the error of the calculated and actual lost gas contents is direct proportion to the logarithm of reading time interval, and will decrease when the initial linear measuring points of gas desorption de- creases. Thus, it is suggested to chose 4-10 initial linear measuring points of gas desorption. When controlling the ratio of the difference value of actual and calculated lost gas content and the measuring results of direct method into 10%, the effective sampling control time will show a linear relationship with the gas pressure, and with the increase of gas pressure, the sampling control time will be de- creased.
