摘要
Web2.0技术的发展加强了网络用户之间以及用户与资源之间的交互,而用户交互行为的加强则促进了网络资源的发展和利用。在社会网络分析方法和内容分析法结合的基础上,以新浪微博群为例,对选取的"教育技术"群中由用户交互所带来的资源动态发展利用情况进行分析,发现公共虚拟学习社区中,用户之间的交互程度影响着资源动态发展利用的水平;核心用户(或意见领袖)在资源动态发展利用过程中占据主要地位;社群内小团体的发展,对知识节点的丰富以及整个社区内资源动态发展利用具有一定的影响作用。根据研究结果的分析,从成员交互、意见领袖的作用、凝聚子群的建设和共建共享等方面提出建议,以促进网络资源的动态发展和利用。
The development of web 2.0 promotes the interaction between users, users and resources which also encourages the development and utilization of network resources. Based on social network analysis and content analysis, the paper finds the following results after analyzing the development and utilization of resources brought by users' interaction in the group of "educational technology" from Sina microblog: (1) the degree of users' interaction affects the level of the dynamic development and utilization in public virtual learning community; (2) core users(opinion leaders) dominate in the process of the dynamic development and utilization; (3) the small groups in the community have certain effects on the richness of knowledge nodes and the dynamic development and utilization of the whole community. According to the analysis, some suggestions are proposed from the aspects of the interaction of members, the role of opinion leaders, and the co-construction and sharing of cohesive subgroup in order to promote the dynamic development and utilization of network resources in virtual learning community.
