摘要
横断山区是我国乃至世界多样性最为复杂的区域 ,它具有生物多样性和民族文化多样性的双重特征 ,并面临生物和民族文化多样性保护的艰巨任务。在民族地区要开发民族文化力 ,建立既能固守民族传统文化 ,又能适应现代化的民族发展模式。横断山区的多样性要采取保护性的开发和开发性的保护 ,建立自然和民族文化保护区 ,保证横断山区多样性永存和社会经济的持续发展。
Diversity in Hengduan Mountain region is the most complicated in China,even in the world.It has a dual characters of natural bio diversity and national socio cultural diversity.In ethnic group inhabited areas,a national cultural model which can either stick to national traditional culture or suit to the modernized way should be established by developing national cultural capability.Diversity in Hengduan Mountain region should be exploited by taking protective measures and be protected by exploitative measures.An effective way to protect diversity is to set up natural and national socio cultural protected area so as to guarantee permanent existence and sustainable socio economic development of the diversity in the Hengduan Mountain region.
