摘要
教师效能评价观的影响可谓根深蒂固,研究其内在的假设和推理,其评价观视教师为理性的经济人,视教育结果只有考试分数,视教师不懂教育,忽视了教师的自主性,最终不利于促进教师专业发展。对于教育反思和启示提供了相应的关键维度。
Since the influence of teachers' effectiveness evaluation concept is deep - rooted, so we have to study its inter- nal assumptions and reasoning which takes the teacher as an rational economic man, consider the education results as only test scores. It is proposes that the teachers know nothing about education, ignoring the autonomy of teachers and the professional development of teachers. What we have to do is to reflect and revaluate the internal assumptions and reasoning process.
