火焰原子吸收法测定污水中微量汞

摘要 试图采用一种新的测试方法进行微量汞的测试。即在原子吸收分光光度计的燃烧头上加装一支开缝石英管并且在样品及标准列中加一定量的基体改进剂 ,可使原子吸收分光光度计火焰法直接测定污水中的微量汞。其优点是样品的前处理只需消化 ,加入基体改进剂定容 ,用火焰法直接进行测定 ,不需中间转化过程 ,从而减少了系统误差。方法的回收率 98.6% ,相对标准偏差 1.0 2 % ,检出限为 0 .0 1μg/m L,且测定样品快速、方便。 A modified method for detecting trace mercury in sewage was developed in this assay The trace mercury could be directly determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry without any intermediate transformation,by means of installing a gaped quartz tube on the burner head of flame atomizer and adding a matrix promotor into the digested samples and working standard series solution for volumetic indentfication The advantages of this method were simplification of the pretreatment processes of samples only by digestion,volumetric identification by adding promotor of basal body,direct determination by flame atomizer without transformation and significant reduction of systemic errors This method,with recovery rate of 98 6%,relative standard deviation of 1 02% and detection limit of 0 01 μg/mL,presented rapid,convenient and accurate for detection of trace mercury in sewage samples
