摘要
从点源排放、面源排放和危险化学品突发事故方面分析了化工园区水环境风险因素,从储存系统、生产系统、运输系统分析了化工园区危险化学品水环境风险分布。将物质危险性、数量危险性、毒害危险性、环境敏感性、设备设施及工艺危险性作为评估危险化学品固有水环境风险程度的关键特性,打分确定危险化学品的固有水环境风险度分值,进行风险等级划分。以丁腈橡胶生产企业原料储罐区为例评价了其固有水环境风险,结果表明:该企业各危险化学品的固有水环境风险程度基本与其物质特性相符。
Water environmental risk factors of Chemical Industry Park were analyzed from point source,surface source and unexpected incidents of hazardous chemicals.The distribution of the hazardous chemicals water environmental risk in Chemical Industry Park was analyzed from storage systems,production systems and transportation systems.The hazardous substances,quantity,poison,environmental sensitivity,and the risk of equipment and technology as the key features of the degree of hazardous chemicals inherent water environment risks,the degree of the hazardous chemicals inherent water environmental risks is scored,and the level of risk was divided.Raw material storage tank area of nitrile rubber production enterprises as an example,the inherent risks of the water environment were evaluated.The results show that the inherent water environment risks of the enterprises are basically in line with their material properties.
