摘要
目的观察火针治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及对膝骨关节炎患者生存质量的影响。方法将90例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组采用火针进行治疗,对照组采用局部温针治疗。分别在治疗前后应用生存质量WHOQOI-BREF量表对两组患者进行评价。结果两组治疗后生存质量4个领域评分(生理领域、心理领域、社会领域和环境领域)与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后生理领域、心理领域评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论火针是一种治疗膝骨关节炎的有效方法,可明显提高患者生存质量。
Objective To observe the treatment effect of fire needling on knee osteoarthritis （KOA） and its effect on the living quality of KOA patients. Method Ninety KOA patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 45 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by fire needling method, and the control was by warm needling therapy applied to local area. WHO Quality of Life-BREF （WHOQOL-BREF） scale was adopted to evaluate the patients in the two groups before and after treatment. Result After treatment, the two groups both achieved significant changes in the four domains of quality of life （physical health, psychological, social relationships, and environment） （P〈0.01）. After treatment, the differences in physical health and psychological scores between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fire needling is an effective approach in treating KOA, and can obviously improve the quality of life of patients.
