摘要
针对某直线型超声波电动机设计了一种新型驱动控制系统。该系统利用新型嵌入式芯片PSoC3作为主控制器,其内部丰富的功能模块可实现驱动信号产生及电机位移检测,并可对驱动脉冲数目进行精确控制。系统采用改变驱动脉冲数方法实现直线电动机精确快速定位,为此对超声波电动机的脉冲响应特性进行了研究,获得了驱动脉冲数与电机步进位移关系的统计特性。在此基础上,系统采用脉冲数查表控制法实现了三步以内0.5μm的定位精度。系统能够接收上位机位置指令并可反馈当前位置信息,具有大行程、快速定位的优点。
A new drive control system was designed in this paper for a linear ultrasonic motor. The system used the em- bedded chip PSoC3 as the main controller, whose internal function modules generated the drive signal and detected the dis- placement. Pulse response of the ultrasonic motor was researched. The system used pulse number look-up table control method which can achieve positioning accuracy of less than 0. 5 μLm. The system can receive command of the host computer and feedback the information of the current position. Its advantages are large motion distance and quick positioning.
