摘要
为了较好地解决水轮机主轴密封结构设计中存在的问题,以及对运行中的水轮机主轴密封结构实施优化改造,建议在对其主轴密封装置结构进行设计时,不能只考虑到满足水轮发电机组运行条件方面的要求,还应考虑到水轮机主轴密封将会产生的摩擦损耗问题。因此,应当运用摩擦学的知识原理先期开展优化计算,这样才能延长设备的运行寿命和提高其运行的安全可靠性。
In order to solve the problems existed in the design of sealing structure of turbine main shaft and optimize sealing structure, friction loss existed in sealing should be taken into account instead of only considering the requirements of meeting the operating conditions of turbine generator unit in the process of design. Therefore, the optimizing calculations should be carried out in ad,Jance according to the principle of tribology, so as to extend the operational life of the equipment and to improve the safety and reliability in its operation.
