摘要
采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法,借助于Fluent软件,对通榆河北延送水工程灌河北泵站大型贯流潜水泵装置进、出水流道三维湍流流态开展数值模拟,并与模型试验、真机试验结果进行比较分析。结果表明,采用数值模拟得到的贯流泵装置流道的内部流态及其水力损失与流道模型试验得到的结果基本一致;流道的控制尺寸及过流边界的形线对贯流泵装置的水力性能有较为明显的影响。通过采用CFD方法对泵装置内部流场状态进行研究,对减少泵内部涡流、提高泵站效率具有重要的意义,并可为预测水泵性能、优化泵型和改进设计提供理论依据。
The numerical simulation for three - dimensional turbulent flow of inlet and outlet flow passage of large diving tubu- lar pump of Tongyu River Northward Extension Water Delivery Project is conducted by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and the Fluent software. After the comparison among the model test and real machine test, the results show that the internal flow pat- tern and hydraulic loss of the pump computed by numerical simulation are in good agreement with the results of model test and re- al machine test. In addition, the control dimension of the pump as well as the shape of the flow boundary may greatly affect the hydraulic performances of the pump system. Studing internal flow field with CFD method has important significance to reduce eddy current and improve the efficiency of the pump, and it lays theoretic basis for the prediction of pump performance, the optimization and design of the large diving tubular pump.
