摘要
关于"三纲"思想的内涵、发明权、产生于什么历史时期,现在学术界对此提出了许多种不同的看法。本文认为,其中有道理的说法是:"三纲"的内涵是"要求‘臣对君、子对父、妇对夫’的绝对服从";"三纲"一词的提出者是董仲舒,但"三纲"思想的发明权在韩非,即韩非的"三顺"说,因为"三顺"说与"三纲"的内涵相同;韩非是战国末期人,所以"三纲"思想产生于战国末期,各种其他说法均欠妥。
About ＂the Three Cardinal Bonds＂ thought connotation, invention rights, resulting in what historical period, academia proposed many different views. This paper argues that, which makes sense to say： ＂the Three Cardinal Bonds＂ connotation ＂requires ＇ minister to the monarch, the child to the father, and the wife to the husband＇ absolute obedience＂ ; It＇ s Dong Zhongshu who rose ＂the Three Cardinal Bonds＂, but the invention of the thought of ＂the Three Cardinal, Bonds＂ belongs to Han Fei, namely Han Fei＇ s ＂Three 0bedience＂, the connotation of ＂the Three Obedi- ence＂ is same as ＂the Three Cardinal Bonds＂ ＇ s; Han Fei lived in late Warring States period, so the ＂Three Cardinal Bonds＂ thought produced in the late Warring States period, various other argument is defective.
