三种不同表面结构对种植牙失败的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较三种不同表面结构的种植体对种植早期失败和晚期失败的影响。方法常规对406例患者(406牙)植入不同表面结构种植体,本研究采用三种表面结构,即圆滑柱状(BLB系统)136例、螺旋状(ITI系统)144例、双螺旋状(OSSTEM系统)126例,观察早期及晚期种植体失败情况,并进行对比分析。结果每例临床观察3年以上,早期失败17例,BLB、ITI、OSSTEM系统分别失败10、2、5例,失败率分别为7.35%、1.38%、3.96%,失败率比较,BLB>OSTEM>ITI(P均<0.05);三者早期种植失败率有统计学差异(χ2=3.31,P<0.05),晚期种植失败19例,3种表面结构间晚期种植失败率无统计学差异。结论常规植入的种植体早期失败与种植体表面结构有关,ITI系统种植系统最成熟。晚期失败无明显关联。
