抗人纤维蛋白(原)及降解产物单克隆抗体制备及特性的探讨

摘要
本文报告了抗人纤维蛋白(原)及降解产物单克隆抗体的研制,并对其特异性、结合力、滴度等特性进行了探讨,为研究纤维蛋白(原)及降解产物提供了多样化、专一性的抗体,也为临床许多与其有关疾病的特异性诊断治疗提供了先进手段。
