摘要
针对大庆榆树林油田水井压裂方案存在的问题,根据东18井区油藏地质和现有开发井网与裂缝方位,采用eclipse油藏模拟软件和“等效导流能力”方法,进行了多参数下压裂增产增注的油藏模拟计算与分析。结果显示,在储层有效渗透率分别为0.1×10-3,0.3×10-3,0.5×10-3和0.8×10-3μm2时,水井裂缝长度分别为50.0,37.5,30.0和20.0m,一类油井分别为80,70,60和50m,二类油井分别为120,100,90和80m,三类油井分别为100,90,80和70m;油、水井裂缝导流能力在20~30μm2·cm。低渗油藏水井裂缝长度应严格控制,以免水窜,要求的导流能力相对较低。模拟井组优化的水井裂缝参数可为榆树林油田水井压裂施工方案提供参考。
Aiming at the problems existed in the fracturing program of the water injectors in Yushulin Oilfield, the reservoir simulation calculation and analysis for incremental production and injection under the conditions of many parameters are conducted with the help of Software Eclipse and the method of equivalent conductivity according to the reservoir geology and current developing well patterns and fracture orientation of Block Dong-18. The results show that fracture lengths are 50, 37.5, 30 and 20 m for water injectors ; 80, 70, 60 and 50 m for class-one oil producers, 120, 100, 90, and 80 m for class-two oil producers, 100, 90, 80 and 70 m for class-three oil pro- ducers respectively under the conditions of 0. 1×10-3 0. 3 ×10-3 0. 5 ×10-3 and 0. 8×10-3 μm2 effective per- meability, and furthermore the fracture conductivity of the injectors and producers is between 20 - 30 μm2 cm.The fracture lengths of the water injectors in low-permeability oil reservoirs must be restricted strictly to avoid water channeling and the required greatly lower conductivity. The optimized fracture parameters of the simulating well group can provide the references for the fracturing operation program of the injectors and producers in Yushulin oil- field.
