摘要
慢性化脓性中耳炎是耳鼻咽喉科常见病之一。慢性化脓性中耳炎的手术方法很多,疗效各异。如何在中耳病灶得以清除的同时,保存和提高听力,成为许多耳鼻咽喉科医师关心的课题。现就对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者实施开放式乳突根治并鼓室成形术,并以病灶得以清除的案例综述此手术方式中影响患者听力的各种因素。
Chronic suppurative otitis media is a common disease of otorhinolaryngology. There are lots of operation methods, which have different effects on chronic suppurative otitis media. How to clear disease in o- titis media and keep and improve the hearing is a concern of otorhinolaryngologists. Here is to make a review on the hearing influencing factors in successful cases where open radical mastoidectomy and tympanoplasty were used in treating chronic suppurative otitis media focus clearance.
