摘要
社会心理因素是指个体感受到的,来源于其生活的社会中各种各样的刺激,这些刺激可以影响机体的神经内分泌系统,促进各种应激激素的产生,从而对机体产生各种正性和负性的影响。近年来,越来越多的研究证明,与社会心理因素有关的各种应激激素可以干预肿瘤细胞的增殖、黏附和转移,对肿瘤患者的预后产生一定的影响。充分理解社会心理因素对肿瘤的作用,有利于设计新的干预手段来帮助肿瘤患者康复。
Social and psychological factors are a variety of stimuli which come from the individuals＇ lives, which can affect the human＇s neuroendocrine system, and promote the generation of various stress hormones, influ- encing the human body positively or negatively. In recent years, more and more research have proved that, psycho- social factors related to stress hormones can interfere with the proliferation, adhesion and metastasis of tumor cells, and have a certain impact on the prognosis of cancer patients. Fully understanding the social and psychological fac- tors on the tumor is good for us to design new interventions to help the rehabilitation of cancer patients.
