摘要
目的分析学龄期白血病儿童心理行为特征和影响因素。方法选择湖南省儿童医院收治的学龄期白血病患儿200例为病例组,选取同期体检的205例健康患儿作为对照组。分别采用儿童生活质量量表PedsQLTM4.0和Achenbach儿童行为量表对两组患儿的生活质量和心理行为进行分析,并对患儿心理行为产生影响因素进行分析。结果观察组患儿生活质量较对照组明显下降(P<0.05)。心理行为调查显示,观察组男童在社会退缩、体诉和攻击性因子得分和女童在抑郁、社会退缩、体诉得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。多元性回归分析显示,影响患儿心理行为的关键因素依次为社会活动影响程度,疼痛程度和疾病稳定程度。结论学龄期白血病患儿生活质量较低,心理行为存在问题。
Objective To study the psychological characteristics and related influencing factors of school-age children with leukemia. Methods 200 children with leukemia in Children＇s Hospital of Hunan Province were chosen as observation group. 205 children without leukemia for health examination during the same period were chosen as control group. Children Life Quality Questionnaire PedsQLTM4.0 and Achen- bach Child Behavior Checklist（CBCL） were applied to analyze the quality and psychological behavior of chil- dren in both groups respectively, and the influencing factors of the children patients psychological behavior were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the life quality of the observation group was signif- icantly decreased （P 〈 0.05 ）. Males in study group had the higher levels in social withdrawal, somatic com- plaints and aggression than those of the normal children. Meanwhile, females in ＂the observation group were higher in depression, social withdrawal and somatic complain behavioral problems （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Multivariate a- nalysis showed that related factors with CBCL in sequence were degree of influence of the social activities, de- gree of pain and stability of illness. Conclusion School-age children with leukemia have lower life quality and worse psychological behavior.
