摘要
为研究尺寸效应对煤岩力学性质的影响,以枣庄矿业集团付村煤矿的煤岩为例,利用RMT-150B岩石力学试验系统对9组不同高宽比的立方体煤岩岩样做了单轴压缩试验。通过对试验数据的拟合分析,得出煤岩岩样尺寸与抗压强度、弹性模量的定量关系式。同时基于应变等效假设,假定煤岩强度服从Weibull分布规律,提出煤岩考虑尺寸效应的损伤统计本构模型,与试验结果对比,发现该模型能较好地反映煤岩峰值强度前的应力应变关系,具有一定的合理性。
To study the influence of size effects on mechanics properlies of coal petrography, 9 sets of cubic coal pe trography samples with different aspect ratio provided by Fucun Colliery of Zaozhuang Mining Group are investigated by uniaxial compression test on the RMT-150B rock mechanics test system. The quantitative relationship between coal pe trography size, strength and elastic modulus are derived by fitting the test data. Based on the strain equivalence hypothe sis as well as the assuming that coal petrography strength obeys Weihull distribution law, the coal petrography damages constitutive model is established by considering size effects. Comparing with the test results, it finds out that the model can better reflect the stress-strain relationship before arriving coal petrography's peak strength. Therefore, the proposed model has certain rationality.
