摘要
利益的多元化是转型时期的重要特点。作为弱势群体的农民利益表达的有效性往往决定其利益实现的程度;从农民的"不愿"、"不敢"与"不善"到"愿意"、"敢于"与"善于"表达路径的转变,是农民利益表达模式的理性构建的基础与趋势,也是社会主义和谐社会建设的必然要求。
The diversification of interests is the important characteristic of transition period.As the vulnerable groups of farmers interests expression,its effectiveness is often determines its interest realization degree;from the farmer 'to','not' and 'poor' to 'like','dare' and 'good' expression way change,it is farmer interest expression patterns of rational construction foundation and trend,but also the inevitable request of the construction of socialist harmonious society.
