不同季节气候与新生儿肺炎发生规律的相关性研究 被引量:20

Study on the correlation between climate in different seasons and occurrence regularity of neonatal pneumonia

摘要 目的:探讨住院治疗的新生儿肺炎与不同季节气候的相关性。方法:收集2008年9月~2010年9月住院新生儿肺炎分布、严重并发症、死亡情况及气象资料,分析各月份及各气候季型中新生儿肺炎分布、严重并发症、死亡情况及与气候的关系。结果:研究期间收治新生儿肺炎196例,占同期住院总人数的2.94%;冬春季型(11~2月)高于夏季型(6~8月)和过渡季型(3~5及9~10月),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);冬春季型新生儿肺炎合并严重并发症的比例高于夏季型和过渡季型(P<0.05);冬春季型新生儿肺炎病死率高于夏季型和过渡季型(P<0.01)。新生儿肺炎的发生与平均温度呈负相关(P<0.01),与平均气压呈正相关(P<0.05),与平均湿度、降水量无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:冬春季型新生儿肺炎的发病率显著高于夏季型和过渡季型,合并严重并发症的比例增加,病死率也更高,平均温度、平均气压与新生儿肺炎的发病相关。 Objective:To explore the correlation between pneumonia in hospitalized neonates and climate in different seasons.Methods:The data about distribution of neonatal pneumonia,severe complications,mortality of hospitalized neonates,and climate from September 2008 to September 2010 were collected;the relationship between distribution of neonatal pneumonia,severe complications,mortality of hospitalized neonates in different months and seasons and climate was analyzed.Results:A total of 196 neonates with pneumonia were treated in the hospital from September 2008 to September 2010,accounting for 2.94% of the total hospitalized patients during the same period;winter-spring type(from November to the nest February) was higher than those in summer type(from June to August) and transition season(from March to May,from September to October)(P0.01).The proportion of neonates with pneumonia combined with severe complications in winter-spring type was higher than those in summer type and transition season(P0.05);the case fatality rate of neonates with pneumonia in winter-spring type was higher than those in summer type and transition season(P0.01),the occurrence of neonatal pneumonia was negatively correlated with mean temperature(P0.01),positively correlated with mean gas pressure(P0.05),and there was no correlation between correlated with mean humidity and precipitation(P0.05).Conclusion:The neonatal pneumonia incidence in winter and spring was significantly higher than those in summer and transition season,with serious complications increased;the case fatality rate is also higher,which shows that climate and neonatal pneumonia are related to neonatal pneumonia incidence,the correlation analysis results showed that mean temperature,mean gas pressure were associated with the morbidity of neonatal pneumonia.
