摘要
针对目前产业转型升级过程中面临高技能人才供给不足的现状,本文采用计量方法构建模型对微观层面高技能人才供给结构性失衡的影响因素进行分析并得出结论:收入水平是影响高技能人才供给的首要因素;职业资格认证导向作用不显著同样也是影响高技能人才供给的重要因素;户籍、年龄和性别对于人才职业资格证书的拥有均具有明显的影响,而婚姻状况对其无显著影响。据此,本文提出了相关政策建议。
Based on the high skill talents supply shortage situation faced in the process of the current industry transformation and upgrading, the paper use measurement method to constructing model and draw conclusions: income level is the primary factors impacting of high skill talent supply; occupation qualification attestation oriented effect is not significant are also the important factors affecting the high skill talented person supply. Residence, age and gender for human occupation qualification certificate have bad significant influence, and marital status had no significant effect on it. Finally, the paper proposes recommendations.
