痰瘀同治方对高脂血症心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血脂、血液流变及炎症因子的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察痰瘀同治方对高脂血症心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MI/RI)大鼠血脂、血液流变及炎症因子的影响。方法:60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组:假手术组、模型组、西药对照组、痰瘀同治方低、高剂量组。采用可逆性冠脉左前降支结扎缺血30 min再灌注2 h复制MI/RI模型,检测再灌注后各组大鼠血清CHO,TG,HDL-L,LDL-L,全血黏度,血浆黏度以及ICAM-1,TNF-α,IL-10含量。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠血清CHO,TG,LDL-L显著升高且HDL-L含量降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),全血黏度(1.0,3.0切度)及血浆黏度明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),炎症因子ICAM-1,TNF-α含量明显升高且IL-10含量显著降低(均为P<0.01);与模型组比较,痰瘀同治方低剂量组能明显降低CHO,TG含量(P<0.01或P<0.05),改善全血黏度(1.0,3.0,30切度,P<0.05),并显著降低血清ICAM-1,TNF-α表达(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:痰瘀同治方可通过降低血脂、改善血液流变及降低炎症因子含量,发挥干预MI/RI的作用。 Objective : To investigate the influence of Tanyu Tongzhi (TYTZ) recipe on chemorheology, blood lipid and inflam- matory factors of hyperlipidemia and myocardial ischemia-repeffusion injury in rats. Method : Sixty SD mate rats were divided into 5 groups randomly, sham-operated group, model group, high dose group of reproduced by ligation of left descending artery for 30 min followed by releasing the TYTZ and low group of TYTZ. The model of MI/RI injury of the myocardium was ligation for 2 hours in rats. Serum contents of CHO, TG, HDL-L, LDL-L and whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and ICAM-1, TNF-α,IL-10 were measured after myocardial repeffusion injury. Result: Compared with sham-operated group, the levels of CHO, TG, LDL-L, whole blood viscosity (1.0,3.0) plasma viscosity and the contents of ICAM-1 were significantly higher , however, HDL-L, IL-10 levels were lower in model group(P 〈0. 01 and P 〈0. 05). CHO, TG, whole blood viscosity ( 1.0,3.0,30) and expression of ICAM-1, TNF-α were obviously lower in low group than the model group (P 〈 0. 01 and P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The TYTZ recipe can relieve reperfusion injmT through regulating blood lipid, improving hemorheological characteristic and inhibiting inflammatory reaction.
