摘要
图书馆正从一个单一的信息存储机构变为一个大规模的知识管理与服务体系,基于文献加工流程的图书馆组织结构正面临着流程管理模式的挑战,组织变革不可避免。论文分析了图书馆流程型组织结构及其特点,并从系统规划、组织结构、技术运用、团队设置、制度建立等五个方面对图书馆流程型组织的构建进行了初步探讨与研究,以期为图书馆的组织变革理论和实践提供一些参考。
Library is changing from a simple information store into a large-scale knowledge management and service system. Based on the processes of manufacturing literature, library organizational structure is facing the challenges of the process management model. It is inevitable for library organizational structure to change. This paper analyzes the structure and characteristics of the organizational structure of library. In order to provide some reference for both the theory and practice of the library organization revolution, it also discusses the establishment system of library processes organizations from five aspects---the system planning, organizational structure, technology applying, team building and system establishment.
