三维平面波法讨论及光子晶体完全禁带分析

摘要 详细讨论了三维平面波法(PWM)的特征方程及数值求解过程,分析了简体立方、面心立方和体心立方等典型晶胞的基本参数,计算了这些晶胞在空心晶格、实心晶格、球形晶格和方形晶格等情况下无缺陷时的完全禁带. It gives an incisive analysis of the eigenfunction and numeric Expansion Method as well as the basic parameters of the representative solution of the three dimensional Plan Wave cells of the simplified cube lattice and the body cube lattice and the face cube lattice and the complete bandgap without defects of the cells in empty lattice and solid lattice and ball lattice and square lattice.
