摘要
将128只Wistar大鼠随机分成内毒素休克组(ESG),内毒素休克·人参二醇组皂甙预治疗组(ESPG),对照组(CG)。分别观察注药后3h、8h、16h血清和组织5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量的变化,结果发现ESPG组血清和组织5-HT含量低于ESG组(P<0.05)说明人参二醇组皂甙可以抑制5-HT的释放或加速其分解,从而减轻肺动脉高压,改善微循环。
One hundred and twenty-eight Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: the endotoxic shock (ESG) , panaxadiol saponin pretreated (ESPG) and the control (CG) . Contents of 5-HT in serum and tissues 3,8 and 16 h after injection were determined. Contents of 5-HT in serum and tissues in the ESPG were lower than those in the ESG. These results suggested that panaxadiol saponiu could prevent 5 -HT from being released or enhance its disintegration. Therefore, it could relieve pulmonary hypertension and improve microcirculation.
