摘要
针对目前原烟分选过程中存在的问题,对影响原烟分选质量的因素及分选方式进行分析。提出依据原烟质量情况采取相应的原烟分选方法,优化原有的原烟分选程序。结果表明:采用优化后的原烟分选方法,人均每天分选数量虽然下降了450kg,但等级合格率却提高了14.33%,提高了原烟分选效果。
In order to resolve the problem of sieving process about raw tobacco, we analyzed influence factors of raw tobacco sieving, suggested that according raw tobacco quality choose matched sieving method, improved and optimized the procession and method of former sieving. The results showed that when we chose the optimized sieving method of raw tobacco, the quantity to per capita sieved raw tobacco decreased 450 kg, but the percent of pass increased 14.33 percentage point, and raised the raw tobacco sieving results.
